Mark is founder of Ignite Research and clients benefit from his
wealth of
experience in the design and management of all facets of
qualitative and quantitative research in the consumer,
business and government sectors.
Mark brings a pragmatic and professional approach to all
facets of the research process, and is passionate about
helping organisations succeed through the insights
provided from great research. He
consistently develops and maintains strong and long term
client relationships.
Mark has a broad range of industry experience spanning 16 years
having completed numerous research assignments in these
areas: financial services, business services,
information technology, mobile communications, domestic
tourism, professional services, retail, industrial,
local authority, government and social services, SOEs,
food service, and industry and trade associations.
Mark is a member of the Market Research Society of New
Zealand – and past Vice President – and strictly adheres
to the Society’s Code of Ethics.
